Ideas for Collector's Edition blu-rays?

I appeal especially to those living in India to help me out here. A friend of mine has a birthday coming up next month and one of the possibilities being considered is to give him some cool CE BD boxset with some collectible item or something like that. Either buying locally or can import from Amazon UK. The idea is to pool resources and get him something that may cost 3000-4000rs. Budget can increase a little here if it is really worth (but that should cover possible duty charges also).
He likes fast paced movies, in the SF/Fantasy/action genres and comedies like your Hangover type movies, and I guess if some TV series is really cool we can consider that as well. No, he doesn't like Nolan-Batman, LoTR and the SW prequels, and I doubt he'll really like Blade Runner.
He is also an avid gamer, so a nice CE of a good game will also be very cool.
So anyway, throw me your good suggestions and let me see if something works out. Thanks in advance.
