Wrong redemption code? - Blu-ray Forum

I bought the Scarface Blu-ray/DVD/digital copy today and when prompted to enter the code for the digital copy, the mummy digital copy started downloading. Tried the code again but it has already been used. Anyone have the same problem and what the heck do I do now?

That's odd. What's the expiration date for the Scarface code btw? I could have sworn that was already expired. If you contact Universal they'll probably help you out. I've read a few incidents from others where they've been helpful.

The code expires 12/31/13.

Same thing happened to me! A support email to Universal got it straightened out, they sent a new code and I wound up with both movies. ;-)
