Default Projector or tv

Ok so I'm 90% certain that I will go with a projector. I will pay no more than $1,300.

I've decided on either the Optoma HD70 or the Optoma Hd 7100. I am also open to other suggestions.

I will use it the Most on gaming and second most on movies and third most on regular television.

Now out of these two, which one is better?
reading reviews, I heard that the HD70 is loud. The projector will probably be placed on my nightstand next to me so will the noise be a problem? My room is about 9 feet wide and 11 feet long.

The place where i would be ordering the projector from also has it bundled with a screen thats a Optoma Panoview™ Graywolf™ II Manual Pull Down Screen Format: 16:9

Is this a good screen?

The place also extends the manufactures warranty by 2 years. So would I have 2 years of free bulbs?

and do a lot of projectors use the same lamps? because what if mine goes and the projector I have is discontinued.

Are they good for Blu-ray movies
