Vudu Problems with pre-order redemption of The Bible

Anybody else having issues with Vudu properly redeeming pre-order codes for the mini-series The Bible? When I redeemed the code in March, it instantly gave me access to the 10 introduction sections + showed that I owned the series in HDX + confirmed the mailing address where the physical Blu-ray would be sent. Also said at that time AND on the pre-order case that the full mini-series would be placed into my account starting 4/2.

Naturally 4/2 came and went without the actual episodes of the mini-series showing as owned in my account - still shows just the intro segments as owned and all the episodes still have a price to rent or to buy on them as if I didn't own them.

Tried reaching out to the ridiculously bad customer service at Vudu but that is like talking to a brick wall with a frontal lobotomy. I only did the pre-order to get the Vudu code to begin with and wanted to watch streaming while on the road. So much for that...

Anybody else having issues with The Bible mini-series not showing ownership of the full episodes after redeeming the pre-order codes?
