Best US Retailer to buy from?

Can anyone recommend a place in the US to buy a PS Vita. I'm going to be in the US on vacation next month and figured I'd pick this up while down there. A place that ships free would be preferable. Also does anyone know if I buy a 3G model is it tied to a network from the country it is sold in?

I don't know of a place that has free shipping, but I do know if you buy the 3G version in the US it is tied to AT&T

Also is anyone aware of a retailer that still has the Assassin's Creed III: Liberation bundle still in stock?

I saw a Call of duty bundle today at best buy and I saw one at super target last week I think.....I haven't noticed any other bundles lately tho other than that one. Dunno if theres any news on a price drop or a newer bundle coming soon tho. I heard there was a price drop but I think only in japan???

Yes, the 3G is tied to AT&T. (I do believe that the 3G model is no longer being manufactured because from what you can read up on this function is that the only thing you can do with 3G is Near, so functionality is next to none) You're better off just using wifi from your phone's mobile hotspot if you have one.

Amazon and Newegg offer free shipping, so does Bestbuy most of the time.
The Assassin's Creed bundle I guess really was a limited edition..you can still find them on Amazon but always for more than $300 now.

Amazon.com, hands down. If you're staying at a hotel, find a nearby Amazon Locker and have them ship it there.

Don't get why it's vital(heh :P) for you to buy it in the states as it is the same price here in Canada. and plus futureshop offers free shipping AND they have the Assassin's Creed bundle in stock...

That's odd. I didn't think they did when I checked the other day. I was hoping to avoid FS because I would have to pay PST, which is %10 on top of the %5 GST here. That brings it to almost $290.
