I didn't know of this release, which is one of my most wanted anime films on Bluray. Alas, it does not include English subtitles, and comments say the quality is not good. Although from what I understand the release is grainy with dirt etc., and they wanted a completely clean and degrained ala Disney Bluray? If that's the case I would be happy with this since it will resemble a film print.
