I received my copy of the US release on Thursday. If they dropped the extras on the UK versions of Chinatown and To Catch A Thief, then nothing would surprise me and there are a lot of special features on this disc

Did anybody else who received the US version have a slipcase with it? I'm quite surprised that it didn't have one. The only two other Paramount US releases I have are the ones mentioned above, and they both have slips

I got it too - no slipcase on this one.

Just to clarify, the UK release of 'To Catch A Thief' DOES have ALL of the special features of the US release (the initial artwork posted online said none, but the actual release is different). It's only 'Chinatown' that doesn't include special features. So I've been waiting for the UK release of this and hoping the special features are included. Fingers crossed!

Great news!

Ill wait to see what the UK one is like, if it matches the US one Ill buy it - hopefully the UK one will get a slipcover etc. If its got extras missing (a la Chinatown) Ill buy the US one.

will this be another steelbook?? Its priced the same as the others and comes out around the same time

Those others (NBNW etc) are Warner releases.

I didnt notice they were Paramount. They are the same price as the WB steelbooks, so I was just wondering if anyone knew that they'd release them in Steelbooks

I wouldn't say it was WAY better! Each cover has its charms, I think.

Paramount Home Entertainment UK did this one right for a change, and they should be highly commended for doing so.

I just hope more people buy this top-grade UK Blu-ray release of Sunset Boulevard.
