I know that clever folk in the steelbook community have managed to create methods for smoothing out dents and buffing out scratches. But has anyone on the forum managed to develop some sort of technique for smoothing out creased spines? (creased is the most appropriate word I can think of, spines don't really dent).
I received the badass Zero Dark Thirty steelbook today, has some damage on the spine. Short of removing the steel strip entirely and then trying to smooth it out with some sort of roller I can't really see a safe way of doing it. Any help or tips appreciated! |
