Third Man Criterion Replacement Original Cover Art?

I posted this originally in the Criterion thread, but this might be the proper place.

I was wondering if anyone could share with me the Third Man Criterion original replacement cover art- or a link of where to get it- I prefer double sided so I can capture the black inside accurately (not a "custom" art request). Of course, I'll take the best that I can get. I looked into R1DB.com and one of the commenter says that the uploaded image is NOT criterion blu ray case sized, so I assume some "winner" on blu-ray.com could scan better

I'd be deeply appreciative; I just received my copy and, though the disc is legit, the cover art is bootleg and looks horrible. I asked Jon Mulvaney if I could buy a replacement case but at this time I appear to be SOL. Thanks friends
