Which one should I get?

Sorry I have an opportunity to get one and I'm stuck trying to decide.

Apocalypse Now and Cuckoo's Nest are must-own films. Easy Rider is a great film, but it's also very dated. Just my opinion, of course.

Cuckoos Nest is great but Apocalypse is just as great. Plus, with Apocalypse, you get two cuts of the film and the Heart of Darkness documentary. That is what puts Apocalypse over the top for this discussion.

I'm planning to get all 3. I'm just deciding which do I want first. Bigmouf's suggestion about getting the Criterion Collection sounded great so I am holding off on Easy Rider till I can get that.

Are any of these blu-rays in danger of going out of print?
