Black Adam could win, he's a magical powerhouse. It's not definitive though.

Black Adam for the win he has the same powers of Shazam aka Capt' Marvel if not more so. Black Adam is ruthless. And he would not hesitate to kill.

Yup that's the point. Such a fight might aswell end with Superman taking the upper hand but not killing Adam. Adam would than most likely take his chance to end it. On the other hand an angry Superman with prep time could avoid any magical attacks and crush him by brute force. Superman may still be vulnerable to magic and such after supercharging but he must be way more powerful than Shazam or Black Adam combined. He's hits would be deadly.

You have to admitt that unprepped Superman would have a very hard day against Adam. Physicaly he may be a match but he's dealing with magic and if they had a first encounter or something it would most probably end with some unpleasent surprises. "Superman/Shazam: The Return of Black Adam" reflects such a possible engagement quite well imo. He would have to knock Adam out in order to get to the sun. Untill than Adam would most likely cause some havoc in Metropolis.
