I'm battling with my inner OCD whether to keep them or replace them with DVD versions of the respective film that I already have. Just to consolidate shelf or storage space. I certainly don't want to get rid of most of the DVDs that I have, it's a very versatile format.

They never get a chance to expire or acquire a status of "used."
New release, day 1 purchase, DC disc included = trash without accessing it. I have no use for DCs and I don't want to help encourage the growth of digital content delivery. |

I keep them as part of the set. I think it's cool when they actually give them cover art, like the Black Swan digital copy disc.
