I missed this in the cinema, but really wanted to see it, so it'll be a blind buy for me. I'll definitely get the steelbook though, but consider the collector's set deepening on what's in it and how much it is.

There also seems to be an HMV Exclusive, but no indication on what makes it exclusive.

I love how on the regular edition it say "LOCAL QUOTE TO GO HERE". I know the artwork hasn't been finalized yet, but still it's pretty funny.

Same here; I've been to the cinema a few times recently (much more than I do normally - staying out of the house to let my wife study) but I seemed to end up going either just before it was released, when something else I wanted to see more was on or after it peaked so the performance times were totally unsuitable for my visit.

Would love the Steelbook now I've started a small collection but don't want to miss out on any extras... and I just can't justify double dipping just for the packaging - I'm not that much of a Steelie addict (yet!)

It's non exclusive. Both have notify listings up.

Does anybody know if the steelbook collection is being released. It's listed on this site. If it is I'll get the regular edition on Blu and then get the special collector set for my birthday cause its on the 23rd!!!!!!

Bizarrely, HMV in Derby has official POS out for this to preorder it, for 8th October, yet the website still just has those stupid notify me things. Come on!

Preorders up, Sainsburys cheapest on all versions, their steelwork collector set is a whopping £13 cheaper than hmv ! No sign of the German box set though oh well.......

Pre-orders for all three editions are now up on Amazon, Play and HMV, with a release date for 8th October, but for some reason Amazon doesn't have the collector's edition. HMV also has an exclusive, but no indication of what it is and there are also no images for the collector's edition yet.
The collector's set does list this though:
A specially created 72 page book including illustrations and articles written by the director, describing his artistic vision for this film

I doubt they'll exclude the extended edition from the steelbook, because it'll probably be available via seamless branching, and as such will all be on one disc.

I'll only get the collector's edition if it's numbered. Really not that fussed about the extra bumf!
Most likely just end up getting the standard Steelbook
