Saw this on Friday and it was excellent, why can't all kids animation films be like this, simple and sweet, not 3D, and no dancing in them (has anyone else noticed how in a large majority of Dreamworks movies, the characters can all instantly dance at the end?)

Should be a day one buy for me!

There are only a few companies and production houses that instantly get my hard earned cash and Ardman is top of that list!

Saw this earlier. Probably the best film I've seen this year, absolutely LOVED it. Day 1!

Anyone know if this is/could be region free? I'm really looking forward to it and if there's a way I can get to it before it's August US theatrical release, then I'll take it since the price is not too bad.

I love that bright green slip, anything that stands out on my shelf is always a good thing. I get so tired of the generic dark blu and black slip.

Very rarely are Studiocanal releases region free, so probably not.

Wish Aardman would make a new Wallace & Gromit film. The fire is a lame excuse for stopping at Curse Of The Were-Rabbit. I want Wallace & Gromit And The Cheese Epidemic.

Much as I would love to see a new film, short or feature-length, the fact of the matter is Peter Sallis is 94 years old and in deteriorating health. Yes, they could bring in a new actor for the role, but I suppose the big question there is whether you would you want that to happen. I personally can't imagine Wallace & Gromit without Sallis.

I don't think that Peter Sallis has been Wallace now for quite some time, i think his last official voice role for Wallace for 'A Matter Of Loaf And Death' after that he retired and another voice over artist took over his role. Just like with the Muppets if you listen closely you can tell its just not the real thing.

I just hope we get a Blu-ray Release of Curse Of The Wear Rabbit! I don't think it will ever happen though…

He still has plenty of life in him yet. Just get him to phone in his performance or short working hours recording the voice.

So I see the SteelBook nutters are getting their copies, and as always, they talk about everything from "gloss", to "spine" and everything in-between, except what's on the bloody Blu-ray Disc.

Can any of you take a moment to pry yourselves from the packaging and insert the disc into your player to report what the extras are like? Some of us are living in the States, and I don't want to have to wait as long as ten days to know...

Hugs and kisses!

I just watched it a little bit ago with my son. I don't want to spoil it for someone who hasn't seen it yet, but this guy had me in stitches every time it showed him.

[Show spoiler]

I think I enjoyed it more than he did. Very funny movie.

Also how the hell did I not know that Tim Wheeler from one of my favorite bands ever, Ash, worked on the soundtrack and had a song on here?
