Default How about a BluStation??

Reading through these forums Ive noticed alot of people asking Sony or the BDA to bring in an entry level Blu Player to compete with the cheap HD-DVD players coming this quarter. It occured to me, how about a BluStation??

Its pretty much a PlayStation but all the game playability deleted. I figure Sony would save some money if they took out the gaming section, replace the PS3 controller with a BD remote(has to be less expensive to make than the PS3 remote) took out the Wi-FI(it will still have an ethernet port) and maybe take out the HD and just leave 5 or 1 GB for something useful. Delete the extra USB ports(dont know if this would reduce costs) and they could use the same case as the PS3 to save on production. Just leave us with a very well built Blu Player(1080P of course). Wouldnt this cut costs. Im sure it would bring the Price down to about 299USD maybe even to 250. Now that would kill that POS Tosh. is making.

I dont know, maybe im just trying to come up with any dumb idea. But this would definetaly make me wanna buy a third BD player!

And before people start to say its a bad idea, Im new here so go easy on me

Long Live The Blu!!
