Default Which version should I buy?

I have been waiting for "Prayers For Bobby" to come to blu in the US, and it doesn't seem like it's going to happen.. But it has already been released in France and will be released in Germany in about a month.. So based on the 2 versions, what would be best for me as an American? Mainly I just want to make sure it'll play and work properly. I am not sure if they are produced by different companies and if either of them region lock them for their regions.. Any tips would be great!!

Neither of those films will play on a US region A US PS3 player since both the Blu-ray's are Region B.

I would personally wait to see what the specs are on the French version since the German version has no lossless track.

Both of the release look like there region locked to region B, on the page for a specific Blu ray they have the regions of each Blu ray or if there region free.
