Wouldn't this be a Universal release in Holland. Unless they've licensed this out to some cheap Dutch outfit I think this is simply an early sign of Universal putting this out everywhere and it will pop up around Europe at around the same point in time. Then guaranteed to be regionfree and no 50Hz bs.

![]() EDIT: Just checked DVDOutlet, and it's released under Universal Benelux, so you're right. Anyway, it doesn't matter. We're finally getting it! This is one of my absolute favorites, in many ways I prefer it over the original. Last edited by Prim; 02-12-2013 at 05:38 PM. |

It is still listed for May 22nd for Universal in Nordic region. They didn't take this out from the schedule when they did so with Far and Away, Midnight Run and The 'Burbs.
Might happen, but yes, it's like the only May title where Ive not seen a cover even. |

Winchester 73 and Bend of the River are still scheduled from Universal on the same date, and there's no cover art or details for those yet either. I notice that High Plains Drifter was scheduled for the same date but recently quietly put back until September. I wonder if these titles will suffer the same fate?

The script and direction for Psycho 2 is a mess and Psycho 3 is much the same, not even Perkin's could save those 2 turkeys. Campy trash that belongs in the 80's they are. Psycho 4 however was great as a prequel/sequel, Perkin's despite being ill and not having a lot to do was back to his best as well.
Psycho 4 is the true sequel to Psycho. Although its prequel roots seemed to be ignored by the new TV series Bate's Motel which is retelling those early events. |
