I have found a clearance Elite for $1999.86. I think this is a hell of a price for this model. I also have found an open box 55VT50 for $1077.99. I'm not entirely sure of the condition of the Panny because it's located at a store fairly far away. If the Panny turns out to be in excellent condition, would you take that or the Elite. As another option I found a clearance 50GT50 for $999.86. I'm leaning towards the 55VT50. Decisions decisions.
