Many, many thanks for that lgans. I've been waiting patiently for this on blu. I'm gonna keep the UK disc as well, as both versions of the movie are different enough and with different extras.

I just received my copy of Mr. and Mrs. Smith Director's cut. I can confirm it plays on my Region A BD30. So it will play on Region A and B (don't know about C).

I have the british Version. I wasn't even aware that there is a Director's cut.

Is it very different from the original Version or just containing a few extended gore shots?

It's been extensively re-edited for the most part. It's essentially not the same movie.

Extras include Making of, Deleted Scenes, Storyboard, and a few others. The extras are definitely in PAL as they did not work on my BD30 (I would get the audio but no picture).

The scene in Bogota near the start has some Spanish, Brad Pitt asking the barman what's going on and the police asking them if they're alone. Can't remember anymore
