I recently made a thread like this in the Hollywood & Celebrities section but I think we have a different problem here in India.
I saw Ranjhanna and was really uncomfortable watching Dhanush's character stalk that poor girl. Men are portrayed as stalkers and women are shown to fall in 'love' after said harassment, bordering on physical abuse. Also, let's not forget how in many movies, they are shown as sex objects. Let me say that these days it is happening with men also what with all the shirtless scenes in Student Of The Year. Filmmakers and audiences should realise that stalking is NOT love! ![]() The following is a little off the topic, but if this movie is realistic, then I want to scream - WTF IS HAPPENING TO THIS COUNTRY?????!!! |
