Guys,
I have owned my harmony 1100 for 4 years and just added a 3D tv(LG 55LM6200), I needed to add this set to the harmony 1100. Well this has turned into a nightmare for me I updated the remote it recognizes the 6200 and I have set all the devices to be displayed through the 6200 (not my previous LG) the nightmare is Im having a terrible time getting the devices to power up correctly. Let me give a run down on how this is working and where my issue is..... starting from all devices and tv powered off: Im going to select game as my first activity: I press game and the Pioneer AV rec powers on and the tv powers on my ps3 was powered on by the ps3 controller (check all working correctly) Now Im going to select watch BLURAY as my activity: I press the watch dvd and the transition again is fine....AV rec switches to HDMI 1, my BD player powers up, and the LG 6200 stays on Now the issue I want to now view cable so I select watch cable on the harmony 1100 and BD players powers off( as it should ) the AV rec stays on HDMI (as it should) however the LG powers off and I have to 100% of the time use the "help" button on the harmony to get the LG 6200 powered up!!!! Can anyone help me here Im very frustrated with this .....I feel its something in the set up or the LG When I first set this up 4years ago the only devices that are not the same are the cable receiver and now the LG tv. Help please. EDIT: I was able to correct the issue ![]() Last edited by zodiak; 06-29-2013 at 04:16 PM. |
