I have The Godfather 4K pre-ordered from them. Will they still be fulfilling pre-orders? I’m confused.

Critic's Choice is just another storefront of Alliance/DirectToU -- which is DeepDiscount, Movies Unlimited, BlowItOutOfHere, Import CDs -- so Alliance would have been fulfilling the TCM Shop order anyway.

I imagine they'll absorb any outstanding orders.

It seems like when WB changed vendors with WBShop, they're moving TCM to a branded merchandise-only portal.

I got that email at 10:05 central you must have posted this within 3 minutes of that being sent out. Same on godfather pre-order. I’ve called TCM three times today and none of their reps have even heard of the shop closing. Had to forward the email and point them to their own home page.

Their managers won’t get back to them. Or at least not yet.

I’d feel more comfortable if the Critic’s Choice site had the regular 4K listing of the trilogy. I can only find blu-ray and collector’s set.

Looks like they updated their CS agents. From what I was just told, we should still receive our pre-orders if ordered before Feb 22nd.
