Sandra Bullock is in early talks to play Miss Hannigan according to collider.

Will Smith and Jay Z are producing. Jamie Foxx is signed to play Daddy Warbucks and the lead is set to be played by Quvenzhane Wallis.

Due to open December 24th 2014.

As if Jay-Z producing didn't turn me off enough, the addition of Cameron Diaz has officially killed any interest I might have had in this project.

Plus, could Bullock or Diaz actually sing? I suspect this musical is changing DRAMATICALLY, and will be a sad, sorry shell of the original.

Aren't you supposed to trade up? I thought you couldn't get worse than Bullock but they did. Diaz is awful and shouldn't be allowed in movies. Ill just watch the original again. This project is completely pointless.

No his daughter is not in this. It's Quvenzhane Wallis, the little girl from Beasts of the Southern Wild.

I believe she was in line to play the part but she (meaning Will) backed out.
