Universal 100th Anniversay Collector Cards Checklist - Walmart Exclusive

Walmart has an exclusive on the Universal 100th Anniversay slip editions which include a Universal 100th Anniversary Collector Card. There are 25 cards in the set and they are randomly inserted. The cards are 5" x 6 3/8" (almost as big as the case) on thick card stock. These cards are shrinkwrapped on the back of the case (inside the slipcover); sometimes it is a second shrinkwrap over the existing shrinkwrap. All you need to do is slip the case out a bit to see which card is on the back, so it isn't a blind buy!

I'm trying to complete a set of these and I'm sure others will too, so I figured a checklist would help us all. .
