It may just be me but i feel like i've noticed a real step down in acting ability over the last decade or so.
Now i might be looking at the past with rose tinted glasses but actors seemed to take the art of acting a lot more seriously than they do now. The Stella Adler/Stanislavski/Strasberg students that really honed their craft seem to be a thing of the past. (I know those schools and systems still exist but it may have changed somewhat) Am i right or completely off the mark? |
