Asian Blu-ray Guide does a fine job tracking Japanese releases. It's not listed there yet, so we'll have to wait and see...

I think Japan usually goes all-out, and it is Region A at least.

Amazon Japan lists only Japanese subtitles, and I don't think King Records has any releases (at least those that are non-English language films) with English subtitles on them.

Since I live in Hong Kong, I Don't need any subtitle, I placed an order last week.
Wish the video qulity as good as Under the Hawthorn Tree BD.
