Yes, it looks definitely similar. But do you think the Target-exclusive has also a DigiPak inside the slipcase? And the Amazon.de one specifically says the booklet fits into the slipcase.

Bad news for the German set is, it's exclusive to Amazon.de now and the pre-order price is at €36.99 As it's an exclusive I doubt the price will come down!
