Default Xbox Gold Family Quesiton

I've searched for this scenario but can't find an answer...

I have an Xbox One and Xbox Live Gold. My son has an Xbox 360 that he plays at his mother's house. Can I share my Live Gold account with him (by adding him as a child on my acccount )? Would he be able to access my purchased 360 games and would one of us being signed in affect the other?

Thanks for any help, didn't want to create another account somewhere just to ask this.
