Neram (Malayalam) blu-ray Annoucement - API

I can officially confirm that film Neram (Malayalam) will be releasing on blu-ray from API for Aug/Sept release.

The blu-ray will feature:

LPCM 5.1 Malayalam
DTS-MA HD 5.1 Malayalam
Mastered from the original 2k DPX file (the film was shot on DSLR)
Optional English Subtitles
NO COMPANY WATERMARK!!!

The blu-ray will contain no Extra features (as per the producer wishes).
We did try to get the trailer/pop song in HD but was unsuccessful.

In addition, the Tamil version will not be released onto blu-ray by API.

The film was shot mostly on a 1080p DSLR - so many of the shots do contain issues known to that format....such as black crush and heavy grain...which we've retained as per the original source and the director's original vision.

Finally, the censor board was really harsh on the film. ALL the smoking/drinking scenes contain the STUPID superimposed warning on the picture frame. The censor board denied us permission to remove them for the dvd/blu-ray release...alas we’ve been forced to include them on the blu-ray.

It was a hard battle to get this released (as I loved the movie) so please do check it out!!!
