was checking amazon out and was thinking of preordering the sony player. well, just for giggles, i checked out the sammy unit. they have their "special" package offer where i can buy the sammy and tosh (obviously two totally different formats) for 1327.99

interesting me thinks...

You can buy the BD-P1000 at samsclub for $850 & then do one of those deals online for the HD-A1 ($375 or so)and come out cheaper.
