I purchased a Panasonic 65GT50 less than a month ago. I know about the break in period of plasma televisions and watched plenty of full screen programs. Unfortunately, it would seem that there are two dark bars at the bottom of my display probably caused by the subtitles on Netflix. I hadn't thought that subtitles would cause a problem since they're not an unmoving image. For the past few days I've used the TV without subtitles hoping it would fix the issue. Unfortunately, it has not. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice or if I should just contact Panasonic.
Thanks, Robert |
