Hi Guys,
What would you do if you find out imperfections with Steelbook after opening the shrink wrap but which weren't visible with the wrap intact? The imperfections could be anything ranging from hidden dent, ding, scratches, missing paint, all other sort of unexpected stuffs beneath the data sheet etc. Expecting honest opinions from all these perspective: 1. As a buyer who bought from retailer I would return it back to the retailer for a full refund or request partial refund depending on the condition of the Steelbook 2. As a buyer who bought from individuals 3. As as individual seller who couldn't spot any of these until it was opened. I would negotiate with the counterpart to see what best can be done. Accept a return if its bad otherwise offer a reasonable refund. At the worst case, put a disclaimer while selling that I won't be responsible for any hidden imperfections with the Steelbook. |
