Default Help with ebay! Buyer threatening to leave negative feedback.

hello fellow boardies,

I have a bit of a situation going on with my ebay as i recently sold and listed copy of Despicable Me DVD. Item was listed as "Very Good" because the slip was worn. But i know for a fact that the disc was flawless because i switched out my old dvd with a never played dvd from the 3D Combo back. item sold for $15 free shipping and was delivered in 2 days!

Now, Last night i get a message with the buyer saying its not in good condition and is threatening me that she is gonna leave negative feedback unless i give her a full refund.

I offered a $5 refund because i am out of town for about 3 weeks! i wouldn't be able to see what condition the disc was in. I have photos of the disc for reference but were not posted on ebay since i used mobile and i couldn't edit once bids were placed. its not like i listed as as LIKE NEW. I put very good because the slip was in okay ship as visible by the photos.

What can i do? do i take the negative or tell her to wait? This member only has a feedback score of 6 for those wondering and i have an 100& feedback, mostly selling DVDs/BDS whith pleased customers.

EDIT: BUYER ALREADY LEFT THE NEGATIVE BEFORE I CAN RESPOND TO HER SECOND MESSAGE!!!
