ASDA preorders

I realise the title says "adds", im talking about ASDA, stupid iPhones and their spellchecks

What have Asda been like lately for preorders? I know that last year they were really quite rubbish but don't know whether that's changed at all lately, I ordered some things that come out Friday and they took the money on Monday (day of order), do they have a good record of release day delivery?

I think my last pre-order was Avengers Assemble and I had that Saturday before release day. I don't think I've had anything else pre-ordered.

I just used them for only the second time, for Oblivion, as they were £2 cheaper than Amazon. It arrived on Saturday - 2 days early.

The last thing i ordered was Les Mis and was a week late, it ended up being backordered but had £10 voucher from colleague promotion and 10% discount

Although their delivery times (at least to store) has been moved forward to a few days instead of Next Day Delivery

I did the exact same thing, i ordered the digibook and it came the saturday before release. Same with Django steelbook.

They have always been good to me

My last pre-order was sent First Class on the Friday and arrive Saturday, just wish they had a bigger selection.

I have ordered with them 5 times this past year and always they have delivered either on the Saturday before or on one rare occasion the day of release. Will be pre ordering iron man 3 and star trek into darkness with them come Monday! Should be good especially if into darkness comes on the Saturday before rather than the 2nd of sept!
