You could block them entirely through your bank.

I suggest trying to contact EB Games first.

Just tell them you forgot your password & your email is inactive. Tell them you want to keep your account & reset your password. They should be able to do this for you & they should ask you security questions just to make sure you are legit.

You can give me your credit card info and Ill be happy to check up on everything.

In all seriousness I have no idea why you are asking us this.

You need to contact EB Games or your credit card company.

Theyre the only ones that can help you.

If you do that, your credit card company will likely force you to cancel your current credit card altogether and have a replacement sent. But, that would make any and all online accounts you have/use need to be updated once your new card arrives in the mail. THAT is a painfully lengthy process when you shop online a lot.

It's best to contact EB Games and try to have them either reset or delete your account with the orders on it. Then, use a current e-mail address to create a new account and place new orders.

I can't understand why people change their e-mails so much. I've used the same one I first created in high school nearly 20 years ago without any need to change it.
