Does anybody have this release with the unique gold amaray box? I'm wondering how thick it is; US style slimline or thicker UK style.

I'm concocting a Frankenstein special edition of my own with the sturdy Eastern European slipbox over the US lenticular slipcover over the amaray with 2D & 3D discs and the soundtrack.

My amaray is currently blue...
