Default iTunes Expired Codes - Issues/Updates

There are a couple different threads discussing various titles for iTunes that are Expired and respective studios will not replace or update the codes.

As far as I know, there is no consolidated thread to post or discuss iTunes expired codes issues, however if such a thread already exists please let me know...

Also if anyone has any additional titles that they have had issues with or any other pertinent information please post or PM me.

Are these contacts specific to iTunes? Or can they be used with issues for UV redemption too? I'm assuming it'd be generic ... but I didnt see any threads about getting a 'redeemed' or 'expired' error on new UV codes.

Some of the links might be specific to DC/iTunes but the email addresses may be generic...never hurts to try and at least you might get some reply pointing you in the right direction.

Eventually I'd like to have Twitter accounts -- anything at all that might give us access to replacement codes. I'd like to see some of the other studios step up like Warner Brothers has and if they get enough pushback they may.

Will update the OP...also received an updated code from WB for Inception today but the WB support page at "wbdigitalcopy.com/support/#landing-content" seems to be broken. I received a message that the email address that the form points to is no longer valid and to contact a different email address.

I was curious about Inception as well. I recently bought a (new) copy that had a DC slip, but the redemption page has one spot that says codes have been extended to 2017, but also insists that Inception codes expired at the end of 2013. I was going to email them, but if it doesn't do any good then I guess there's not much point in the matter?

WB has been VERY good about replacing codes providing you can supply a photo of the BLU (or DVD), the slip and a receipt (I often use receipts from Big Lots or Pawn purchases).

I did get Inception replaced...I just had to email directly instead of using the form.

Yes, took a few days for them to reply. They replied today. They replaced one with UV. Still waiting to hear on other titles.

I just emailed WB about Unknown missing the digital copy. The disc says it expired in 2012. Anyone know the chances of them sending a replacement?

WB the chances are very good providing you have a copy of the slip and are able to take a photo of the blu-ray.

I also snipped a copy of the graphic off of their own site that states - "Digital Copy Offer Expires 5/17/2017" that I include with every email
