Big Bang Theory Season 6

I redeemed my UV digital copy for this via Flixster on Tuesday when I got the set. I prefer using the code directly in Vudu, but it wasn't available that way until later in the week. Usually, my UV copies show up in Vudu, but this one hasn't. When I contacted Vudu, I got this message:

Big Bang Theory Season 6 can not be added to your VUDU library because the incorrect ALID was used during the redemption process. If you contact the company you redeemed the title with, they should be able to help get you the updated version.

Has anyone heard about this? The problem is that Flixster customer service is virtually non-existent -- I've sent questions on multiple occasions and never received a response (whereas Vudu responds within hours of a message). I sent a message to Flixster, but if they don't help, should I return and rebuy the set so I can get UV copies that work in Vudu? I'm at a loss here. (I will NEVER watch a movie through Flixster.)

Yes, this can and has happened before with Flixster. Flixster has the wong ALID and they have to correct it. I would avoid Flixster at all costs if your intention is to use Vudu. Flixster should be able to get this fixed for you.

Use their Live Chat support. They've managed to fix almost every problem I've had, and they do it very quickly.
