Sleep Tight (Mientras Duermes) Spanish or US?

So, I'm trying to decide which release of this film I should buy. The spanish release seems to have the best extra's PLUS the aspect ratio is basically the exact same as the OAR which is a plus. My question is, for anyone who owns the spanish release of Sleep Tight, do all the special features have english subtitles and how does the transfer look and sound?

The US release is looking pretty good and convenient but if the spanish version's special features have english subtitles and it looks and sounds at least as good as the US version, I think that'll be the one I'll have to buy.
