Why are some TV programs broadcast with 5.1 audio but only have stereo? This doesn't happen with TV series. It happens with live sporting events some times and news on my local CBC channel. It's weird because all broadcasts of Hockey Night in Canada are broadcasted with 5.1 audio but some hockey games have 5.1 audio while some are broadcasted with 5.1 but I only get stereo. What's up?
