Loved it as a kid, have not seen it since its received it's new transfer, I would say it's a safe buy, late 80s early 90s style film

Safe buy. I rented this back in the mid-90s on VHS. Compared to that Original aspect ratio 1.33:1 on VHS this new release's 1.78:1 Aspect ratio transfer is way better.
