The unofficial, behind-the-scenes story of Full House is coming to Lifetime.
A TV movie titled The Unauthorised Full House Story is in the works at the cable network, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Fresh off Netflix's announcement that it will revive Full House next year, Lifetime has hired The Unauthorised Saved by the Bell Story writer Ron McGee to work on a similar film.
The Unauthorised Full House Story will look at the personal relationships that developed among the cast of the ABC comedy, which included John Stamos, Bob Saget and the Olsen twins.
No casting or premiere dates have been announced by Lifetime as of yet.
Netflix's Fuller House will be based around a widowed and pregnant DJ Tanner (Candace Cameron Bure) raising two children with the help of her sister Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) and Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber).
Stamos, Dave Coulier and Lori Loughlin are all in talks for Fuller House, while Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have said that they know little about the project.
