Question about Downton Abbey's German BDs

Hello there,

I'd like to know if the German Blu-rays of Downton Abbey (which also include the Christmas specials at a dramatically lower price than their UK counterparts) can be played with English audio and English subtitles for both the season and the Christmas specials.

Blu-ray.com and the Universal product page state there are both English audio and subtitles, but I don't know if that's true for the specials as well, and if English audio is with forced German subtitles.

I'm also interested in buying the German edition, for seasons 4 and 6.
I know those include the Christmas specials, but is the framerate the original 25 fps (like the UK edition)?
And are the menus available in English?
