Getting rereleased in metal packaging? Why isn't it a part of B2G1F TV deal?

I began to watch season 2 last night, and noticed at 1 minute 42 seconds in on disc 1 episode 1 there is a framing error. The picture goes out of frame down the screen revealing a black bar at the top, then it goes back up again. I can't believe I didn't notice this when I watched it the first time around. Can anyone who owns the local release please check their disc for this?

I also noticed this framing issue on the local FOX release of Sons Of Anarchy Season 2. Which I picked up about 1 year ago. Its like the frame shifts down then back up for a second.

Thanks for this. I wonder if this issue is also present in other international releases. Can anyone who owns the U.S or UK release of season 2 check?
