Obviously Sword In the Stone's Itune's release is superior to the the butchered Blu Ray, but any other examples of this?

I doubt it, but i thought it was worth asking.

I don't think so. Only The Sword in the stone.
Also, I don't think the iTunes copy is better. Just less worse. It needs a rescan from source.
