This actually played at my local multiplex, so I went to see it. It was good, but a bit too much wordplay--literally. The script is very talky, but there's not a tremendous amount of substance. I also wanted to see more of Binoche in the movie, but I do wonder if the script would have been a bit daunting for her that way.
The best part was seeing Binoche painting in the movie. I know she likes to paint in real life, and while I didn't stay for the credits, she is credited for her artwork on IMDb, and they also say that all of her character's artwork was done by her. I'm still in love... ![]() |
