Making new PSN Account for existing User Profile - Blu-ray Forum

How do I create new account for PS3? I forgot what password i used for it and the security question. I would like to add new account and HOW do i do that?

Been looking around and I know i am missing something real simple! Can anyone please point me on how getting new account! thank you and sorry for the off topic!!

am playing around with new firmware and see whats up

i am signed out and need create new account, i do not longer want my old account and i cant get into without verifying password or the security question answer which i completely forgot... I did not use my user name and password which i should have. It was for family and damn... i forgot! So How do i create new account instead retrieving old password?

That is an interesting situation. What happens if you delete your user profile on the PS3 associated with the master account? After coping your saved files to a new user of course. Then use the new user account to try and create a new master. If that does not work try calling sony support, I am sure they can help you.
