Anyone able to redeem their Iron Man 3 code? My code works on more.marvel.com but when I go to "get my movie" on Digital Copy Plus, it says the code is invalid.

I redeemed mine straight on VUDU and it worked

Worked just fine redeeming directly through Vudu for me as well. That information won't help the iTunes folks, but it's good for those who want to redeem through Vudu to know.

You're the first person to report that. I'm going to guess that's the case because something got hung up when you tried to redeem it through the Digital Copy Plus site.

I got mine through Vudu but went back to redeem through Itunes and it says it is already redeemed through Vudu. Tried to redeem straight through Itunes and it says code is invalid. Thats weak. Star Trek allowed to redeem Ultraviolet and Itunes.

Different studios. Disney's codes always work in only one place (and even though Paramount is placed prominently on the case for Iron Man 3, Disney, through Buena Vista, is the one who is actually distributing it). Paramount's most often work with both UV and iTunes (as do the codes from some other studios).

You get a new iTunes code when you redeem on the digitalcopy web site.

So this does lock you to the first provider you choose.

Pardon my ignorance on the subject but can someone clarify what if any value the included code with the VUDU Walmart pre-order has?

From what I have read it can't be used on VUDU.

Can it be used to redeem for a copy of IM3 on iTunes or Amazon?

I thought it was interesting that they included Google Play as one of the options...that is the first time I have seen that.

Although I do wish that the code could be redeemed more than once I do like the fact that they are offering multiple options!

Just in case anybody is wondering, I can confirm that the Blu-Ray + DVD + Digital Copy version of the movie will redeem at VUDU.

I purchased the film at Best Buy, didn't try redeeming the digital copy anywhere else, and the disc packaging doesn't mention UV at all.
