Friend of mine gave me this recipie last week - gave it a try and man it was good. Easy to make in a little over 30 minutes.
Sandwich Water rolls or slider rolls (12 count) Boars Head (or whatever brand you like) sliced roast beef (1 pound) Sliced swiss cheese Sauce 1 stick butter 4 Tbsp worcestershire 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp poppy seeds (I only used about 1.5 Tbsp) Make sandwiches and place in a 9 x 13 baking pan. This will fit 12 rolls. melt butter and mix all ingredients together. Pour in and onto rolls. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. The sandwiches soak up that butter sauce goodness yet gets nice and crispy after baking. These things are even better the next day, throw one in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, yum ![]() Last edited by arcadeforest; 11-09-2013 at 08:16 PM. |
