Default Looking for Blu-ray Cases

No, I'm not asking for a link to a store, but merely wondering if something exists.

I bought the 4-disc set of The Avengers, and I noticed they have a really stupid case where there are only two physical holders and each one has two discs stacked on top of each other. That might be fine for the Blu-Ray discs which have scratch protection, but for the DVD disc/digital copy disc, that's just horribly designed.

Now, I could have sworn I've seen a 4-disc Blu-Ray case that was the same thickness as a 1/2/3 disc case. It was essentially a 3-disc Viva Elite case, but the left side had a disc holder too. In fact, a lot of those have a little circle where a disc WOULD go, but no prongs to hold a disc there.

Looking at the Viva site as well as places that sell Blu-Ray cases, however, I'm seeing only 15mm thick ones, not the 12.5mm.

http://www.viva-elite.com/vivaelite_bw.php

Are there brands that make 4-disc Blu-Ray cases that are only 12.5mm? I wouldn't care that much but it won't fit in the slip-cover if it's too thick.

Which leads me to the reverse question.

I got the Target exclusive set of The Amazing Spider-Man yesterday, and that has a Vortex case (being Sony) - which is thicker. Supposedly 5/8" or 15.8mm. Target, being tacky, just TAPED the bonus disc, in a little paper sleeve, to the back of the 3-disc case, making it hard to fit in the slipcover.
I could easily get a Viva Elite 4-disc case so I don't need the paper sleeve, but those are slightly thinner at only 15mm, so the reverse problem would happen - there'd be 0.8mm of "air" and it would just be tacky.

I would just get a 4-disc Vortex case, but those are designed really poorly, the disc that's being held in the back of the case (as in, the third disc in the 3-disc case) keeps getting popped up due to the location of the insert.

So if anybody knows of any brands that make something like what I'm looking for, that would be really great. Generally I replace ALL of my cases with Viva Elite, since I hate the locking part of Vortex cases - I bought about 100 of them, both 1-disc and 2-disc and will just replace those crappy eco-boxes with PROPER case every time I buy a new Blu-Ray movie.

But now that more and more things are having 3+ discs, I need new ideas.
